Rachael Mordecai

Rachael Mordecai is an experienced People and Culture Business Partner with a diverse background in human resources spanning over a decade. Currently working at Glen Eira City Council since December 2020, Rachael has held various roles in human resources, including positions at Vocus and Nextgen Group, as well as at Vestas Australian Wind Technology, where responsibilities encompassed both support and strategic roles. Rachael's career began at Davies Collision Cave Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys as an HR Assistant. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Curtin University, a Diploma of Business in Human Resources from Central Institute of Technology, and has completed the Practising Certification Program through the Australian HR Institute.
