Lee Irving

A positive and proactive leader with a passion for developing people and teams, Lee has established an excellent reputation over his 25 years in the construction industry.

Having started his career in 1994 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor with John Laing whilst completing his degree, Lee progressed steadily through the ranks at Mansell and then McLaren Construction before joining Engie to oversee various projects as a Divisional Manager during a merger of group businesses.

His project experience includes commercial, retail, industrial/logistics, residential and education. Prior to joining Glencar, he was Commercial Director at Oakmont Construction, where he maintained an involvement at project level as well as being instrumental in the formulation of business strategy, the implementation of systems and in the development of people and culture.
