Alind Sharma

Mr. Alind Sharma is President and Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. He is responsible for driving organizational advancement through effective human capital strategy. His areas of focus comprise enriching and developing the organization’s diverse talent, appropriate and timely rewards through robust performance management, leadership development and talent engagement. Mr. Alind has re-joined Glenmark, having earlier been with the organization from 2002 to 2010. Prior to the current role with Glenmark, he was the Vice President – Human Capital at Optum, a part of the United Health Group. Mr. Alind has also held senior positions of responsibility with Pfizer, Monsanto, Tata International and Ranbaxy. He is a Post-Graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
