McKinley Neil serves as a Museum Associate and Guide at Glenstone Museum since October 2021, where responsibilities include conducting research and documentation of artists, delivering public commentary on contemporary artworks, and facilitating visitor engagement. McKinley has contributed to program design and interdepartmental communication, authored artist biographies for the museum catalog, and ensured accurate documentation of artists. Previously, an intern in the Registration in Collection Division, McKinley managed artwork handling, preservation, and participation in exhibition installations. Experience also includes a role as a Legal Intern at The Legal Project, where case triage and support for legal aid initiatives were key tasks. Additionally, McKinley directed activities at Victory Housing, overseeing resident well-being and event management. McKinley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women, Gender, and Sexualities Studies from the University at Albany and an Associate's degree in Women's Studies from Howard Community College.
