Amy Murrin

Amy Murrin has extensive experience in the recreation and fitness industry. Amy started their career at Northwest Community Healthcare in 2003, where they developed various programs and managed fitness activities. Amy then moved on to roles at Wheeling Park District, Park Ridge Recreation and Park District, and Park District of Highland Park. Amy currently serves as the Division Director of Special Revenue Facilities at Glenview Park District, where they work on strategic planning, customer experience improvement, and facility development. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing fitness programs, managing staff, and engaging with community members.

Amy Murrin completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education, K-9, Middle School at Illinois State University from 1991 to 1996. Amy earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management from 2021 to 2025. Prior to their university education, they attended Boylan Central Catholic High School for general studies up until 1991. Additionally, they acquired various certifications in fitness instruction and wellness over the years.
