Brandon James

Brandon James is an experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis and education, currently serving as the Lead Registered Behavior Technician at Glenwood since February 2022. In this role, Brandon assists in training new behavior technicians, supports the implementation of clinic procedures, and acts as a liaison between staff and administration. Previous positions include Direct Support Professional, handling care for youth with emotional challenges, and Registered Behavior Technician, implementing ABA interventions for children with autism. Before Glenwood, Brandon worked at La Petite Academy as a Pre-K Teacher, focusing on educational activities and communication with parents. Additionally, Brandon has managerial experience at Starbucks, where responsibilities included building community relationships and developing employee training plans. Brandon is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Troy University, expected to be completed in May 2025.
