Bryan Gearghty

Bryan Gearghty is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition at GLG since September 2021, after progressing from an Associate role. With a background in military service as a Petty Officer in the US Navy since February 2021, Bryan has accumulated experience in various naval positions, enhancing leadership and operational skills. Prior to GLG, Bryan worked as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Investment Management at Selby Jennings from April 2019 to August 2021, and as a Financial Sales Consultant at Strategic Financial Solutions NY in 2018-2019, where a consultative approach to client needs was emphasized. Bryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration from Rutgers University.
