Rachel Hes

Rachel Hes has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rachel is currently the Director of Product Partnerships and Alliances at Glia, starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at NYDIG from February 2023 to October 2023, where they held the position of Head of Product, Platform Solutions, and Product Lead from November 2021 to February 2023. From August 2018 to October 2021, Rachel was a Product Lead at Alkami Technology. Rachel also served as a Senior Product Manager at Elevate from January 2018 to August 2018. Rachel started their career at Capital One in July 2011 and held various roles, including Manager of Product Management, Manager of Business Analysis, Principal Operations Analyst, Senior Operations Analyst, and Operations Analyst until January 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Financial Planning Assistant at Lincoln Financial Network from September 2008 to July 2011 and as a Campus Representative at Apple from January 2009 to December 2009.

Rachel Hes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science degree in Finance from the same institution. Rachel also holds a PMC Level I certification from Pragmatic Institute, obtained in 2020.
