Rick DeLisi has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Their most recent position is Author and Lead Research Analyst at Glia, the leader in Digital Customer Service. Rick co-authored a book called "Digital Customer Service: Transforming Customer Experience for An On-Screen World," which was published by Wiley and named one of Forbes' Top 10 Business Books of 2021. Prior to their role at Glia, Rick worked at CEB/Gartner as VP Advisory and Gartner Fellow for 14 years.
