Barbara Lin

Barbara Lin began their career as an Emerging Leader Intern at GLIDEsf in 2008. Barbara then transitioned to various roles at the SF-Marin Food Bank, including Program Coordinator, Program Manager and Analyst, Senior Program Manager and Analyst, and finally Associate Director and Analyst. In 2015, they returned to GLIDEsf as the Senior Manager of Programs, where they led strategic program development and implemented organizational changes. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Learning and Development, before taking on their current role as the Director of Innovation and People Development in October 2021.

Barbara Lin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2008.
