Tyler Hoge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tyler began their career in 2006 as a Rides Associate at Paramount's Kings Island, where they were responsible for the proper operation of rides and attractions. In 2009, they worked as an Auditor for RGIS, a market leader in supply chain and inventory solutions, conducting retail store inventories using handheld computers.

In 2011, Tyler co-founded Fast Pace Innovations, a company that provides on-site computer services. Tyler was involved in changing the approach to computer service by offering immediate support without the need for customers to bring their computers elsewhere.

From 2011 to 2013, Tyler worked as an IT Helpdesk technician at Dynamic-Direct, a call center with a 250-seat capacity. Their responsibilities expanded from basic level 1 support to more advanced tasks such as network administration and server management.

In 2013, Tyler joined Vantiv as an Associate Engineer, specializing in the development and administration of the Service-Now platform. Tyler played a role in transitioning from a BMC Remedy implementation to Service-Now.

Tyler's expertise in ServiceNow continued to grow when they joined CloudPires in 2018. Tyler initially worked as a Senior Developer, responsible for key activities in the ServiceNow application and collaborating with various teams to develop enterprise solutions. Later, they became an Architect, demonstrating an expert understanding of the ServiceNow platform and offering mentorship to more junior/senior developers.

Since 2021, Tyler has been working at GlideFast Consulting, where they have held various roles. Initially, they were an Architect, contributing to the technological aspects of the company. Tyler then transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Manager/Architect, overseeing service delivery and working closely with clients. Currently, they serve as the Service Delivery Director/Architect, taking on a leadership position within the organization.

Throughout their career, Tyler has demonstrated a strong technical background and a dedication to providing high-quality service to clients.

Tyler Hoge attended William Mason High School and graduated with a High School Diploma in 2008. After that, they pursued studies in engineering at Arizona State University from 2009 to 2010. However, they did not complete their degree at ASU. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, Tyler attended Sinclair Community College, where they focused on User Support as their field of study.
