Mark Follows

Mark Follows has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Mark currently holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Glint since November 2018. Prior to that, from October 2018, they were available for opportunities at 2LOD Compliance Ltd, where they also served as a Senior Compliance Consultant starting from July 2017.

Before their time at 2LOD Compliance Ltd, Mark was a SME Compliance Financial Markets at NICE Actimize from February 2016 to July 2017. Mark held compliance roles at MarketAxess Europe Limited and Trax, starting in April 2014 and ending in January 2016.

Mark also gained experience in compliance and ethics at Euroclear SA/NV from April 2012 to April 2014. Prior to that, they worked in compliance at Sporting Index from May 2007 to April 2012.

Mark's earlier career includes roles as Credit Manager at KPMG UK from June 2002 to May 2007, Billing and Contracts Specialist at Global Crossing from October 2001 to May 2002, and Analyst at Cable & Wireless from July 2000 to October 2001.

Mark Follows attended Sir Frank Markham Sixth Form from 1984 to 1989. Mark did not obtain a degree or major in any specific field during this time. Following this, they attended Milton Keynes College from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained an A levels degree in Communication Studies.
