Larissa Floriano Almeida

Larissa Floriano Almeida has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Larissa joined Global66 in 2020 as a QA/BA, and then transitioned to become a Customer Experience Manager. In this role, they were responsible for three areas: content, training, and QA. Prior to that, they worked as a Practicing Lawyer at the Departamento de Extranjería y Migración/Sección Refugio y Reasentamiento from September 2019 to March 2020. Larissa also served as an Executive for Customer Service and Technical Support at Digitex Chile S.A. from February 2019 to September 2019. Larissa has experience as an Encuestadora at Centro de Microdatos from March 2018 to December 2018. In addition, Larissa worked at Teleperformance from May 2015 to March 2017, starting as an Executive and then assuming the role of Supervisora.
