Sebastián Casas Garzón has a diverse work experience. Sebastián started their career as a Joven Investigador at the Universidad de Antioquía, where they worked on a research project involving neurofunctional differences in patients with bipolar disorder. Sebastián developed and implemented an image processing flow for rs-fMRI to study functional differences between two groups of subjects. Sebastián also provided support for post-processing of fMRI and DTI images using software and analysis libraries.
After their role at the university, Sebastián worked at Parque Explora as a software developer in the Interactive Technologies team. Sebastián was involved in the ideation, design, prototyping, and development of interactive experiences for museum and digital projects. Sebastián utilized programming languages and technologies such as C++, Qt/QML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Vue.js.
Currently, Sebastián is working as a Front-end Developer at Global66 since July 2021.
Sebastián Casas Garzón attended Acámica in 2021, where they studied development in web front-end. Prior to that, they attended Universidad de Antioquia from 2011 to 2017, earning a degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering.
