Thiago Fernandes

Thiago Fernandes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thiago is currently working as a CX Manager Onboarding at Global66 since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of CX Account B2B & Onboarding Manager at the same company from October 2021. Thiago also worked as a Team Lead Compliance from April 2021 to October 2021 and as a Customer Experience Associate from July 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining Global66, Thiago worked at PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DA CIDADE DO RIO DE JANEIRO from July 2011 to January 2019, where they held a Public Office role. Thiago was responsible for restructuring the purchasing area, implementing educational standards, and control procedures for materials. Thiago also played a key role in optimizing resource utilization and implementing the SAP Module.

Thiago played a crucial role in selecting and training staff across multiple units in the Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro. As a team leader, they successfully implemented sales campaigns and achieved significant results. Additionally, they conducted conferences and courses, managed fraud and credit risk sectors, and effectively reduced losses.

Thiago started their professional journey at Caixa Econômica Federal as an intern from January 2006 to December 2008.
