Bob Smith

Bob Smith currently serves as EVP, General Counsel, and Chief Development Officer at Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, a position held since August 2018, while also being the President of Pinnacle West Power since June 2021. In addition to these roles, Bob holds various advisory and board positions, including Chairman of the Board at Global Action and Advisory Board Member roles at AZ-VC, Asterozoa Capital, Enertech Arcadia Energy Venture Fund, and Grand Canyon University. Bob is also a Limited Partner Ambassador for Energy Impact Partners and acts as a representative for The Westly Group. Bob earned a Juris Doctor in Corporate Law from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of South Alabama.
