Linh Ha

Linh Ha is currently a receptionist/admin assistant at Global Asset. Linh previously worked as an IT technician from May 2019 to December 2020 at Plan Group Inc. There, they wrote scripts to automate manual tasks, worked with McAfee EPO Server to control and install McAfee components, installed and configured desktop and laptop PCs, printers, VoIP systems, wireless access points, data and video equipment, and provided technical support and training for other employees. Linh also maintained accurate documentation for all relevant support-related processes and procedures. From September 2018 to May 2019, Linh Ha worked as a computer lab assistant at Seneca College.

Linh Ha completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Technology from Seneca College and a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Information Technology from Post and Telecommunication Institute of Technololy. They also have certification from VMware in VMWare Datacenter Fundemental, Microsoft in Microsoft Certificate Solution Associate 2012, and Cisco in CCNA.
