Richard A. Rondeau has accumulated a wealth of work experience over the past 30 years. From 1990 to 1994, they worked at Omni Engineering as a Technical Sales Representative, writing PLC code, managing system installations and start-ups, and developing corporate level specifications. From 1994 to 1998, they were an Automotive Account Manager at Belanger, Inc., working with corporate level engineering teams to build specifications and customize systems. From 1998 to 2000, they were the North American Sales Manager at Rittal Corporation, engaging in direct sales, account management, and new business development. From 2000 to 2008, they were the President of the Michigan ATV Association, forming, developing, and leading the group, as well as designing and implementing a comprehensive ATV Driver Training Program. From 2008 to 2015, they were an Electrical Crew Leader at United States Steel Corporation, coordinating 28 electricians and determining the plant's maintenance needs. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Sales Engineer at Laminair Systems, bringing their expertise of the systems to facilities to improve the quality of their processes. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Resource Manager at GLOBAL Automation Technologies, balancing existing and external resources. Finally, from 2018 to present, they are the Founder and CEO of Rondo Automation, a company based on integrity, respect, and appreciation.
Richard A. Rondeau received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2014, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Richard A. completed their high school diploma at Theodore Roosevelt High School in 1982, where they studied General Education, Auto Shop, Drafting, and Horticulture.
