Mohamad FARAG possesses over two decades of extensive experience in the food and catering industry, currently serving as Brand Manager and Brands Operations Manager at Global Catering Services since May 2017. Responsibilities include maximizing business efficiency, minimizing operational costs, and leading teams to meet production standards and schedules. Previously, Mohamad held the position of Brand Manager for Ayadina and Restaurant Manager for Blaze at Perfect Food Group from May 2013 to April 2017, focusing on cost management and operational leadership. Earlier experience includes serving as Restaurant Manager at Sequoia Egypt from March 2002 to April 2013, where organizational skills and staff training were paramount. Mohamad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce from Aen Shams University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
