Akshay Hedaoo

Akshay Hedaoo is an experienced professional in network engineering with a background in telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior NOC Engineer and Senior Network Engineer at Global Cloud Xchange since November 2022, Akshay also holds the position of L2 Engineer in a Ciena project at Capgemini Engineering, where a notice period is being served. Previously, Akshay worked as a NOC Engineer at Reliance Jio Infocom Limited and as a Network Operations Center Engineer at TCTSL. From April 2013 to February 2017, Akshay was a Project Engineer at The Midas Power, specializing in the installation of various telecom equipment from vendors including Alcatel, Melco, Ciena, and Huawei. Akshay holds a BTECH in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from KSOU and a BCA from SFS College Nagpur.
