Chun Su Liu

Chun Su Liu has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Chun Su has held various managerial roles in different companies. Chun Su started their career at Datacomp Development in 1988 as an Information Technology Administrator. Later on, they became the Managing Director at Selim from 1991 to 1998. In 1998, they worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Synergymedia for a short period. From 2001 to 2003, they held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Compex Systems and Technical Support Manager at Link2u. In 2003, they joined Asia Netcom as a Customer Service Manager where they supported major clients and prepared incident reports. Chun Su then moved to Pacnet in 2008, where they became a Senior Regional Service Manager responsible for managing top-tier clients and leading a team. Currently, Chun Su Liu serves as the Head of Service Assurance and Global Escalations Director at Global Cloud Xchange, where they oversee service assurance, customer operations, and service escalations on a global scale. Chun Su manages service delivery for various cloud networking and hybrid cloud services.

Chun Su Liu completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Pacific States University between 1984 and 1988. They have also obtained various certifications including Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco Networking Academy, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and Oracle Certified Database Administrator.
