Hardik Gandhi

Hardik Gandhi is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on network and technical support, currently serving as Deputy Technical Manager at Global Cloud Xchange since July 2015. In this role, Hardik is part of the Customer Advocacy Group, responsible for managing project implementations and operational support for multinational clients, while also handling escalations and minimizing downtime. Prior experience includes positions as Technical Specialist at Sequeal Mynd Solution Pvt Ltd, and Senior Network & Security Administrator at 3i-infotech Ltd, among others, where Hardik developed expertise in network configuration, server maintenance, and client support across various industries. Hardik holds an MBA in Information Management from MET Institute of Management and a B.Com in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
