Sanchia Pinto

Sanchia Pinto is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and technology sectors with extensive experience in operations and service management. Currently serving as a High Touch Operations Manager at Cisco since January 2024, Sanchia previously worked at Global Cloud Xchange from January 2019 to February 2024 as a Change Manager, focusing on the delivery of managed services including WAN and security solutions. Prior to this role, Sanchia held the position of Senior Manager at Global Cloud Xchange from November 2012 to March 2018, where responsibilities included technical consulting and support for sales operations.
