Tushar Kale

Tushar Kale is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications field, currently serving as the Principal Lead in Optics Planning (Submarine) at Lightstorm since September 2023. With extensive experience at Global Cloud Xchange, Tushar was instrumental as Lead in Transport Design (Subsea) from February 2012 to October 2023, focusing on the planning and engineering of international submarine and terrestrial networks and evaluating vendor solutions. Previous roles at Tata Communications Ltd. included progressive responsibilities in Network Planning and Engineering, where Tushar supported international transmission networks and engaged in troubleshooting and operations management of optical transmission equipment. Early career contributions were made at Reliance Communications, GTL Limited, and Tata Teleservices Ltd, encompassing aspects of transport capacity planning, project implementation, and field operations.
