Paulo Martins

Paulo Martins is an accomplished executive coach and leadership trainer with extensive experience in team development. Currently serving as the Head of PM4Coach since May 2001, Paulo has also held roles such as Leadership Solutions Associate at the Center for Creative Leadership and Associate Coach Trainer at CEGOC. In addition, Paulo is a certified Associate Coach Trainer with Success Unlimited Network and a Global Executive Coach at Global Coaches Network, specializing in multicultural corporate environments. Previous positions include leadership training and coaching at Ideias & Desafios and serving as the President of ICF Portugal. Paulo’s academic background includes an honors degree in Human Resources from Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração and various specialized coaching certifications.
