Annum Zhara has a strong background in clinical operations and drug development. Annum is currently working as the Associate Director of Trial Operations at the Global Coalition for Adaptive Research. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Clinical Trial Manager at Lantern Pharma Inc. and a Clinical Trial Manager at Biosplice Therapeutics. Annum also has experience in global site management operations and epidemiology, having worked at Allergan as a Global Site Management Operations professional and a Sr. Epidemiology CTA. In addition, they have served on the Board of Directors for The Africa Project and as a Board Director at Large for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
Annum Zhara completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General with a minor in Chemistry from Vanguard University of Southern California in 2013. Annum then pursued a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology from Kent State University from 2019 to 2021. Annum Zhara is currently enrolled in a Certificate Program at Harvard Medical School, specializing in Cancer Genomics & Precision Oncology and Immuno-oncology, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the HBA Everest Award Winner from the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in 2022, GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Biologics from the CITI Program in August 2021, Principles and Practice of Clinical Research Certification from The National Institutes of Health in August 2021, and HBA Spark Award Winner from the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in 2020.
