Douglas Horner

Douglas Horner is an accomplished Senior Vice President of IM Operations at Global Credit Union since April 2023, and has served in a similar capacity at Alaska USA since January 2021, following a tenure as Vice President of IM Operations and Data Center Manager at Alaska USA Federal Credit Union from 2016 to 2021. Prior experience includes being the Technical Support Compliance Manager in the financial industry from 2012 to 2016, where Douglas was instrumental in enhancing the Technical Compliance Program, and serving as Program Manager of Service Delivery at NANA Development Corporation from 2010 to 2012. Douglas’s earlier career at Rockwood Manufacturing spanned over a decade, where roles included Director of Administration and Director of Information Technology, achieving significant cost reductions and process improvements through innovative applications and analyses of workflows and business trends.
