Elisabeth Ahlvin

Elisabeth Ahlvin serves as the Director of Talent Development at Global Credit Union, a position held since July 2022, where Elisabeth leads the design and deployment of strategic learning solutions to enhance organizational development. Prior to this role, Elisabeth worked at Alaska USA Federal Credit Union from December 2007 to July 2022, first as Manager of Corporate Education and later as Documents Manager, focusing on the development of credit union policies and procedures. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate State Director at the Alaska Small Business Development Center from November 2002 to October 2007, where Elisabeth managed statewide operations and program planning, and as Contract Administrator, improving grant and contract management processes. Elisabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Intercultural Studies from Southeastern University.
