Mark Spencer

Mark Spencer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate operations and business management. Since May 2000, Mark has been the Real Estate Operations Manager at Global Credit Union, overseeing the Real Estate Operations team and underwriting various mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, Rural Development, and Construction loans. In addition to this role, Mark has been the owner of MedTran NEMT since February 2019. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Eastern Washington University, obtained in 2006, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from Washington State University, completed in 2003.
