Steven Bergen

Steven Bergen currently serves as Associate Director of Operations and Special Projects at The Global Development Incubator, a position held since April 2020, after previously being Senior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes a technical advisor role at CRDF Global for a brief period in early 2020 and an extensive tenure at CRDF Global from 2008 to 2019, culminating as Acting Director of Health, Research, and Innovation. Earlier roles also include positions at American University as an Interlibrary Loan Specialist and Circulation Specialist from 2003 to 2008, as well as a Research Assistant at Search for Common Ground. Steven Bergen holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from American University.
