Nigel then moved on to NET-A-PORTER.COM as a US Customer Care Manager, where they contributed to the company's position as a premier luxury online fashion retailer. Nigel then joined Echospin as an Operations Manager, focusing on technology solutions for entertainment companies. Next, they co-founded Hifi, a social music club that aimed to make online music experiences more engaging. Nigel then joined Borderfree as a Client Services Manager, overseeing premier client issues and providing end-to-end resolution. Borderfree was later acquired by Pitney Bowes, where Nigel continued to advance their career, holding roles such as Senior Manager - Client Strategy and Operations, Senior Manager Business Operations, and finally, Director of Business Operations - Borderfree.
