Yael Geffen - Philip

Yael Geffen-Philip has an extensive work experience spanning over 12 years. Yael worked as a VP HR at Global-e from 2020 onwards. Prior to that, they served as Head of HR at Edwards Cardioband in Edwards Lifesciences from 2016 to 2020. From 2013 to 2016, Yael worked as a VP HR at Avantis Team. Before that, they held the role of HR Manager at DoubleVerify Ltd. from 2010 to 2013, where they played a key role in bringing trust and compliance to online advertising. Yael also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Ethosia from 2008 to 2010.

Yael Geffen - Philip obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies. Yael completed their studies from 2000 to 2003. Yael later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Counseling and Development from the same institution, which they attained from 2006 to 2008.
