Soumia Ameziane

Soumia Ameziane is a dedicated education professional with experience as a High School English Teacher at Global Educational Excellence since August 2021. Previously, Soumia served as a Research Assistant at the College of Education at Eastern Michigan University from September 2019 to March 2022 and worked as a Graduate Assistant at EMU’s Children Institution from August 2020 to April 2021. Soumia also taught 9-12th grade English Language Arts at Riverside Academy - West Campus for a year and participated in admissions outreach at Eastern Michigan University, holding roles as Admissions Phone Bank Team member and Orientation Group Leader. Soumia holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Instructional Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a focus on English and Linguistics, complemented by a minor in Communication from Eastern Michigan University.
