Aileen Ionescu-Somers

Aileen Ionescu-Somers, Ph.D, is the Executive Director at Global Entrepreneurship Monitor and a Chargé de Cours at HEC Lausanne. Aileen has experience in corporate sustainability, environmental management, and business strategy. Aileen has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Business School Lausanne, Firmenich, WaterLex, Google, World Environment Center, IMD business school, and ABIS. Aileen holds a Ph.D. in Business Strategy/Sustainability from University College Cork and has received executive training in Organizational Leadership from IMD.
