Nicolle Strauss

Nicolle Strauss has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as Chief People & Sustainability Officer and previously as Chief People & Culture Officer at Global Fashion Group since December 2019. Prior to this role, Nicolle held the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at THE ICONIC from March 2016 to December 2019, and was the Head of Human Resources for Westpac Consumer Bank from November 2013 to January 2016. Nicolle's career also includes a tenure at Deloitte Australia, where roles included Director of Talent Advisory & Solutions and People Services Director, and HR Manager at Optus. Nicolle's educational background includes completion of Year 12 Matriculation at Underdale High School.
