Leah Cox

Leah Cox, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources and business consulting. Currently serving as Director of People + Culture at Global Gateway Advisors since January 2022, Leah has also operated as an Independent HR and Business Consultant through LC Consulting since 2011. Previous positions include CHRO/Director of HR at Makovsky, and various roles at Charles River Associates focused on employee relations, talent acquisition, and office management.
