Andi Pajarai has a strong background in mechanical engineering and maintenance, with a diverse range of experience in various industries. Andi began their career in 1989 as a Mechanical Supervisor for a government services company, where they managed both routine and breakdown maintenance activities. Andi then worked as a Chief Mechanic for an automotive company, supervising a team of mechanics and overseeing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance procedures on customer vehicles. From 2007 to 2010, Andi served as a Senior Engine Fitter/Senior Mechanic for GEOKINETICS INC., where they handled overhaul works, installations, troubleshoots, and preventive maintenance of vehicles, equipment, generators, compressors, and marine survey boats. Andi also operated and maintained compressors powered by CAT C12 and Bauer Compressors. In 2010, Andi joined ARGAS - Arabian Geophysical & Surveying Co. as a Senior Mechanical Technician, where they operated and maintained various seismic equipment, including engines, compressors, hydraulics systems, deflector, lifting and towing appliances. Andi also evaluated and maintained inventory for engine, compressor, and air gun parts. Additionally, Andi worked as a Senior Mechanical Technician for Nordic Geo Survey Singapore from 2011 to 2014, where they maintained source seismic and seismic mechanical equipment, evaluated and maintained inventory, and improved work force productivity and quality through proper planning and procedures. Most recently, Andi worked as a Chief Field Service Engineer for Global Geophysical Services, Inc. from 2014, where they managed workshops and maintained camp assets, oversaw the maintenance and service of vehicles, drilling equipment, compressors, and seismic vibrators, and ensured the smooth operation of camp generators.

Andi Pajarai's education history begins in 1984 when they enrolled at the University of Bina Nusantara. They obtained a Diploma in Management of Informatics, completing their studies in 1989. Following this, Andi attended the Indonesian American Friendship Association from 1985 to 1989 and earned a certificate in English Language and Literature/Letters. In 1992, Andi began their studies at BINUS University Jakarta and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 1997.
