Lisa A. Jones is the CEO and Co-Founder of Global Goodwill Ambassadors. Lisa has over 15 years of experience in sales and account management.
Prior to co-founding Global Goodwill Ambassadors, Lisa was the owner of Specialized Resume Services. Lisa has also held various positions at Sun Chemical Corporation, where they increased new account sales by 75% during their first nine months of employment. Lisa was later awarded “Top Account Manager for New Sales” in 2003 out of 15 account representatives.
Throughout their career, Lisa has utilized their strong technical background and in-depth product knowledge to identify customer needs, address concerns, recommend solutions, and become a trusted customer resource. Lisa has also been successful in increasing sales and profitability for their companies. Additionally, Lisa has built and maintained strong client relationships by creating effective customer retention strategies based on timely communication, customer education, and attentiveness to customer issues and concerns.
Lisa A. Jones has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from University of Phoenix, an Executive Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University, and an Executive Certificate in Business Strategies from University of Notre Dame. Lisa also has a B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University and an E-Learning and Online Teaching Graduate Certificate Program in Instructional Design for E-Learning from University of Wisconsin-Stout. In addition, they have a Certification from American Red Cross in Bloodborne Pathogens and First Aide and CPR.
