Elizabeth Orlan currently serves as the Associate Director of Research for the Food Policy Program at Global Health Advocacy Incubator, providing expertise in healthy food policy proposals and advocacy across multiple countries. Prior to this role, Orlan worked as an Implementation Science Data Analyst at the University of Washington, analyzing community health initiatives, and as an Adjunct Professor at MPH@UNC, teaching public health systems and design thinking. Experience includes consulting on global tobacco control policies and training, coordinating events for the National Cancer Institute, and assisting health systems strengthening efforts in Indonesia. Orlan holds an MSPH in Health Behavior from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in International Affairs and Public Health from The George Washington University.
