Arwin Lawrence has extensive work experience in various roles, starting in 2004 with HCL BPO as a Sr. Customer Service Executive. Arwin then worked as a Functional Specialist at Sutherland Global Services until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Manager - Training & Quality at Cybernet - SlashSupport. Arwin then joined Amazon.com as an Operations Manager - Retail from 2009 to 2012. In 2014, they began working at Global Healthcare Resource as the Vice President, overseeing different departments and sites. Arwin also worked as the Vice President - Shared Services at India Healthcare Solutions.

Arwin Lawrence attended ST. Mathias Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School in Chennai from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a HSLC degree in Computer Science. Following that, they pursued a BCA degree in Computer Science at the University of Madras from 1998 to 2001.
