Meredith Thornton

Meredith Thornton has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Meredith started their career as a Sales Management Trainee at Ferguson Enterprises in 2005 and then moved on to work as a Business Coordinator at Bank of Oklahoma in 2007. In 2008, they joined BNY Mellon as a Trust Associate and later was promoted to FMTS OPS Section Manager, where they supervised a team and managed debt service payments and debt issuance operating expenses. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Verizon in various roles, including Senior Analyst, Bill to Cash, Revenue Quality Assurance, Traffic & Mediation Audit, and Supervisor, Financial Operations Systems Audits, where they managed an audit team and recovered $81.5 million of revenue. In 2019, at SemGroup Corporation, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst responsible for developing solutions to complex business problems. Meredith then moved on to work as an Enterprise Trading and Risk Management Systems Analyst at NGL Energy Partners LP in 2020. Currently, Meredith is working at Global Holdings as both a Product Manager and a Senior Product Manager, responsible for managing and developing products.

Meredith Thornton earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Political Science from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business, spanning from 2001 to 2005. After a gap of four years, between 2005 to 2009, the individual then pursued MBA in Business Management Information Systems from The University of Tulsa. The MBA course covered the period of 2009 to 2011.
