Illicit Trafficking Analyst For Western Asia And South-eastern Europe at Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime

Benjamin Crabtree has extensive experience in international relations and security, currently serving as an Illicit Trafficking Analyst for Western Asia and South-Eastern Europe at The Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime since January 2016. Prior roles include International Consultant at UNODC and Investor Relations Assistant at Raiffeisen Bank International. Benjamin has also contributed as a Communications Specialist at the Austrian Interior Ministry, where responsibilities included coordinating Austrian police activities with international partners. Additionally, Benjamin has participated in various conferences focusing on police and security development, served as a Research Assistant at the Chair for International Relations, and worked as a Cultural Attaché with an emphasis on acclimatization assistance for clients in foreign countries. Benjamin holds a Master's degree in Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of the West of England.
