Hashir Majeed

Hashir Majeed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Operations & Effectiveness at GTN, responsibilities include overseeing business effectiveness, digital transformation, governance, strategic projects, and ESG initiatives. Hashir also holds the position of Secretary to the Board, facilitating board meetings and managing board-related documentation. With a background as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at both GTN and MubasherTrade, and as a Business Analyst at DirectFN Sri Lanka, Hashir has developed a robust skill set in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and requirements management. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of West London and a BSc (Hons) in Computing from the University of Portsmouth, along with CIMA management accounting credentials.
