Brandon Savage

Brandon Savage is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a NOC Server and Network Specialist at Global Mentoring Solutions since July 2018. In this role, Brandon is part of a 24/7 Network Operations Centre team, responsible for monitoring a vast number of servers and network devices globally using Zabbix, addressing alerts, and resolving technical issues with partner RMM tools. Brandon also has a background in technical support, having mentored new staff and developed documentation for common problems. Prior experience includes positions as Systems Administrator at Mackie Moving Systems and Information Technology Specialist at the John Howard Society of Durham Region, along with roles in audio engineering and technical operations spanning over two decades. Brandon holds an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Technology from Durham College.
