Amy Gould

Amy Gould is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and finance. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Global Partners LP since 2007, Amy manages substantial equity raises, credit facilities, and financing transactions while also facilitating proxy solicitations and addressing employment-related matters. Previously, as a solo practitioner, Amy played a pivotal role in the initial public offering of Global Partners LP. At McDermott Will & Emery, Amy structured and negotiated complex acquisition and joint venture transactions across various sectors. Earlier experience includes roles at Gaston & Snow and CBS Magazines, where Amy honed skills in corporate transactions and research management. Amy earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Social Anthropology from Harvard University.
