Heather Hampton

Heather Hampton has over 18 years of work experience in various roles related to talent development and organizational development. Heather is currently the VP of Talent at Global Partners LP, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at UNO Restaurants, LLC from 2017 to 2020, where they held the roles of VP of People and Organizational Development and VP of Learning and Development. Before that, they served as the Director of Training and Development at Legal Sea Foods from 2011 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they held roles at P.F. Chang's, including Regional Training and Development Manager and Market Training Manager/HRBP.

Heather Hampton attended Arizona State University and studied at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. The exact dates of their enrollment are not provided.
