Arnela Colic

Arnela Colic is currently a Doctoral Fellow at Teachers College, Columbia University and an Analyst in Data Systems and Education Finance at the Global Partnership for Education. Previously, Arnela served as a Program Manager at The Junior State of America Foundation and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the role of English Teacher and Teacher Trainer. Arnela's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Education Policy Analysis from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Peace and Conflict Studies, and Russian Language, Literature, and Culture from the University of California, Berkeley. With experience in research, program management, and communication coordination, Arnela has a strong background in education and international affairs.
