Layal Twal

Layal Twal is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in humanitarian and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Communications Associate at the Global Partnership for Education since June 2022, Layal previously worked as an Associate Consultant at Portland and as an Officer at Save The Children Jordan. A background as a Communications and Advocacy Consultant for UNICEF involved writing human interest stories and creating presentations on child-related issues across MENA. Earlier roles include English teaching for young children at Speaking-agency and project management related to communication at UNESCO. Layal holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences and two Bachelor's degrees, one in International Relations and Affairs and another in Translation.
