Ludovic SIGNARBIEUX is a seasoned education policy specialist currently serving as a Senior Country Operations Officer at the Global Partnership for Education since March 2015, with a focus on multiple countries, including Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Sao Tome & Principe, and Haiti. SIGNARBIEUX has extensive experience in multilateral aid management, having worked at the Ministère des Affaires étrangères from July 2011 to March 2015, and held the position of project coordinator at UNESCO, where responsibilities included technical coordination and evaluation of education programs. Previous roles include work with the UNDP on aid effectiveness, project engineering with CEPEC International in Niger, and coordination of educational projects with the French Embassy in Afghanistan.
