Victor Ohuruogu

Victor leads on country-level political and technical engagements that aim to catalyze progress and strengthen data ecosystems towards addressing key data issues for sustainable development at both the national and subnational level. He also provides expertise and support on other technical aspects of the Global Partnership’s strategy and work plan. Victor was formerly a Markets Engagement Manager for West Africa at GSMA.
